Hi Mon Amour!

We are the owners of Mon Amour Apparel and Gifts, located in the heart of Vacherie, La., right off Hwy 20.

Mon Amour has been a long-awaited dream that became a reality in the summer of 2023. Mon amour, which means “My Love” in French, represents the love we have for our family, friends and fashion. Our goal is to provide our community and customers with a one-stop shop for Women, Men and Children of all ages. Family is the root of our business and why we are here today. When we have each other, we have everything. Our goal is to provide everyone with current trends to the everyday basics. We are here to deliver a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Hali

Hali was born and raised in Thibodaux, La. She attended Nicholls State University, where she earned a business degree in management.

After graduation, she married her high school sweetheart Collin Waguespack, a life-long resident of Vacherie, La., where they now both reside with their two dogs Sully and Cash.

Hali loves providing others with trendy, affordable and classic pieces to make them look and feel their best. Hali believes that everyday is a good day and there is always something worth celebrating - so let’s make sure you celebrate in style!

Kandi

Kandi was born and raised in Vacherie, La.

Kandi is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer at Thibodaux Regional Women’s Clinic. She has been happily married since 2010 to her husband Blake Falgoust. Together they have three sons Boyd, Owen and Andy.

Kandi’s three kids allowed her love for children’s clothing to grow as she always looked for those timeless pieces for her own. Mon Amour now allows her the opportunity to help you find  pieces you love for your family. Family and Faith are the root of Kandi’s drive. Blessed is a understatement when it comes to Mon Amour.

Alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much. Together we will find your perfect apparel and gifts.

Cindi

Cindi was born and raised in Vacherie, La. She attended Nicholls State University where she earned a double major in finance and accounting. Cindi then attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2021. She currently practices law in Vacherie, La. 

Cindi married her husband Ethan, also born and raised in Vacherie, La, in 2019. Together they have one child who is expected in the fall of 2023. She cannot wait to add a baby model to the crew!

Cindi loves helping others through the practice of law, and is ready to bring that love into Mon Amour Apparel and Gifts. She firmly believes that God is the foundation and paves the pathway for life, and could not be more excited for this chapter of bringing our dream of a boutique in Vacherie to reality!
